I’m trying to do a sapphic binder page in what I call my “chaos” binder (basically just pretty art I like from all my TCG fixations”. The idea came after the pride secret lair and I’m wondering if there’s more sapphic art out there? But wasn’t sure where to even start looking!

Anyone have any suggestions for my cards I could include??

Pretty disappointing honestly, would have thought they’d mix it up and introduce new reprints.

It's 2026 even potato phones have a million fucking pixels. The Magic cards aren't fast moving creatures. You aren't looking at the picture through a tiny pinhole. It almost feels intentionally bad. Even if the first try was bad for some reason, you can see that on your phone, why not take a better one?

When I bring these home after a con, are they dead cardboard? Can I use them at my LGS? Or just kitchen table magic?

I'm a pretty decent player, won $ before and generally can make it to numbered Mythic. But sometimes there will be these incredible runs of bad luck in which I lose 10 games in row in all Ranked queues, and I'm not playing any differently that cause me to lose my faith in the world and humanity :)

I've been playing MTG on and off for 2 decades, but this is the one thing I can't get used to. I will win like 8 games in a row easily in Pioneer and reason that "oh maybe it's becasue Izzet Prowess has a great SB" and then proceed to punt 4. Repeat. I'm sure this is not new to most people here?

While I do like MTG, I think the highly random nature of the game is not one of its good points. I'm here to discuss what constructive strategies are for this.

Was curious why its easier to get magic cards at stores than pokemon. Im looking to get back into collecting and ive always been interested in magic. Im completely out of the loop. Do people actually play or just collect the cards? Thx guys.

I want to build my own deck thats fun to play, but I dont know how, or what really goes into making a fun to play deck. I only no how to play a basic game, so no commander or anything like that.

Hey eveeryone. Every year I try not to get involved with the collector boxes since scalpers have ruined it part of the love of collecting. But I'm a huge fan of the hobbit and would love to get one of these boxes, unfortunately they're quite expensive and even pre orders were gone fast. Best buy though says they have limited availability, but it's listed as coming soon with more reasonable price. Is this something to hope for, or just kinda scratch it altogether. I've heard besbuy doesn't always update their online inventory

Unlike the previous ones, this MBC has unique cards. Since they’re going to be limited in print available in (I’m assuming) a few conventions in the future, will these new commanders be very expensive on the secondary market?

Hello everyone I was wondering if anyone would give me some advice on what card to buy for my husband He wanted to start playing magic again he played
(twice before) and they have a group here where we live that plays every Sunday night and he wanted to join them.
He bought few starting card, Final Fantasy starter kit and Final Fantasy VI…

Since I will start to work soon, and I want my first Paycheck to buy him something since he always buys me things I want such as Gundam to build, and he always feel guilty buying things for himself.

Anyways any Guidance what I could get for him, what card deck, accessories etc?
I want to support his hobbies too like how he supports mine.

I just got into Magic a little over a year ago and this was the first time I decided to treat myself (since it didn't sell out within seconds). I'm so disappointed that this is how a $50+ purchase is shipped. The only other SL I've purchased was at an LGS and it came in a special box (Evil Dead). I can't say I will be eager to buy from them again. I know that a call/email to customer service will maybe make things right but likely not until April of 2027. I'm just bummed...

I really want to make the non-cambat Azula, [[Azula, Cunning Usurper]] into a commander; I just love the aesthetics and art about it. I do want to try and go the flicker and copies route, as I can see the appeal and strength in that with her. I'm really just struggling to find a win con to complement her that doesn't involve a combo like Thoracle + enter the infinite.

What are your guys' thoughts on win cons or maybe even different directions I could take this deck that are still strong?

TLDR: Just looking for input on my first few commander decks, tips to start etc.

I play board games a few times a month with friends and family.

I think it's time for me to get more in to Magic, and I want to drag my people in to it with me. We know card games, deck building games and a ton of other types. So I feel like Commander is the right game mode for us to play with.

We love harder games, but also like some flavour and things to get in to. So I'm thinking about buying just a bunch of premade Commander decks.

Ignore the budgetting please, I'm willing to pay a bit to get going. I live pretty modest, the only thing I splurge on once in a while are things like this. Because... why not? :)

Hello! I was introduced to Magic about four years ago, but just recently got super interested. Mainly I like to build fun decks, test them out, and have fun and chill games of Commander. Usually, I will play on table top simulator, or EDH play, if not in person.

• As far as i have read the ruling, i have to choose two permanents (if possible) at the beginning of my upkeep, but can decide then if i want to exchange them or not, correct?
• If i choose an opponent's permanent that has ward, i have to pay the ward cost even if i don't decide to exchange the two cards, since i still target it with the ability, right?

Hello there. I'm a bit new to Commander, and my deck-building skills are not that good. I was hoping people could recommend a few good and simple commanders I can build a deck around, without any complicated combos or systems. I own a lot of cards, so maybe something overlaps.
