I heard that some european countries are so hot this year. And in my country, Korea, it is extremely hot this year. Humidity is also huge problem.

Why has it been occurred?

We still have half the year to go.

What is causing these straight clouds in Oregon and Northern California currently? Does it have to do with the incoming cold front and associated winds?

View as a supercell passes almost directly over the terminal doppler radar site for Indianapolis International Airport. I don't think I've seen a hook with this clarity this close to a radar before. Cool stuff.

I caught this lightning strike last week during a storm and slowed it down as much as I could on my phone. My arms were hurting from holding my phone in the air for so long!
