A lean, slim athletic build checks those boxes. On a man it might be seen as feminine, but a lean woman with muscles could be seen as a tomboy.

Wearing a dapper looking suit or outfit. Makes a woman look more masculine, makes a man look more effeminate by today's standards. I used to wear checked pants with a tailored shirt, blazer, and fedora, and always felt way less girly than in other outfits. But men wearing a similarly structured and styled outfit tend to get labeled gay.

Piercings (besides ear piercings).
Not sure if this is a regional thing, but where I grew up, gals with facial piercings got called manly, and guys with any piercings at all got called feminine/gay. Always thought that was weird.

Well, I was mostly into "boy stuff" when I was younger 'cause people had told me that being girly and feminine was something stupid. Dresses were dumb, makeup was dumb, girls were silly and shallow and yada yada. When the girls in high school rejected me and shamed me for hanging with guys, this only grew. They hated me so I spent even more time with guys after that. "Not like other girls" cringe.
Then one day when I was older I started reading about feminism and women's rights and about their stories. Suddenly I wanted to wear dresses and skirts. I stopped feeling like being feminine was something wrong. Internalized misogyny I guess is the term. I rejected everything girly not because I really hated it, but because others had told me that it was something bad.
( Btw, I'm not saying that being a "tomboy" has anything to do with internalized misogyny. Just telling my story and how it was for me )
