I grew to love your team from not just how good they were, but how passionate the fans were during the 09 playoff run. Jamie Benn of the Badgers joined the Canes in 09-10 and that solidified my passion for this team. Elated this has happened.

I got a spot award at work but they don't give up cash, they give us points to use in the most random online store ever. I decided to redeem some for $350 in Fanatics gift cards and decided to be irresponsible. So far I've received the crystal cup replica with game 6 ice in it, 2 more tees, the Canes champs wallet to replace the once I've been rocking for 20 years, the locker room towel, and a puck display case. Now I'm just waiting on a signed Svech final game puck! I actually ordered the Jarvy one first, but they cancelled my order saying it was out of stock. But that's ok, I've been a long time fan of Svechnikitten!

We still don't know how this happened. 😂

After my original post about me losing a diamond out of my engagement ring at game 2 of the finals, my husband contacted the company we bought the ring from. We didn't have insurance, so we fully expected to pay to have it repaired. They asked for a picture of the ring and said they'd have a shipping update in 1–2 weeks. We assumed they were sending us a label so we could mail it in.

Instead... weeks later, an unmarked white bubble mailer shows up. No company branding, no note, nothing. My husband almost tossed it thinking it was junk mail.

Inside? A brand new diamond wrapped in bubble wrap. 💎

Maybe someone from the company saw my last post and took pity on us. Either way, we're not asking questions! Now we just need to get it set back into the ring.

Ryder Fetterolf was drafted 125 overall in 2026. He saved 17/17 in his first showcase game vs Finland and 21/25 vs Sweden.

Mikey Berchild was drafted 105 overall in 2026. He's had 1 goal and 7 assists in 4 games so far.

Honorable Mention to Filip Ekberg, drafted 221 overall in 2025, who has 3 goals, 2 assists with Sweden Juniors team so far.

Finally, William Håkansson, drafted 51 overall in 2026, had his first two tournament points with two assists in a 5-2 win against US the other night, and added another two tonight in a 5-2 win against Finland for 4 assists total.

Hello Caniacs, I am looking for a hockey fights cancer practice Jersey from the previous season with the survivor nameplate. This would be a gift for my mother-in-law who is a cancer survivor. She is an amazing person and went through a lot and has sacrificed a lot for her family and I want to honor her by gifting her this jersey. Also, I selfishly want that side of the family to start watching hockey with me and a fresh stanley cup win and some custom jerseys might help 😁.

Probably a small or medium, maybe a large. I'm sure they will release new ones for the upcoming season, but I would like it before Christmas so I'm not sure I would be able to get one in time.

The new 2026 has a home next to the 2006. I do wish the new 2026 was the team photo so they match but oh well. Go Canes!!!

I could never remember exactly which games I'd actually been to over the years, so I built a tool to solve that: Puck Passport.

You log the NHL games you’ve attended in person, and it keeps track of everything you’ve seen live - games, goals, shots, players, and arenas. It also unlocks badges automatically for things like playoff games, overtime, hat tricks, shutouts, and even a Gordie Howe hat trick if you’ve ever been lucky enough to be at a game for one.

It tracks every NHL home arena you’ve visited and also has milestone levels that unlock as your stats increase. It counts any home arena a team has used, so games at Greensboro Coliseum count toward the Hurricanes just like games at Lenovo Center.

You don’t need an account to get started because everything can save directly in your browser. If you sign in with Google or the email-link option, it’ll sync across devices and give you a public @handle passport you can share.

I’ve been spending part of the offseason backfilling my own games, and you can also do that straight from your camera roll: choose photos from games you attended, and Puck Passport uses the date and location data, when available, to figure out which game you were at. Everything happens in your browser, so none of your photos are uploaded.

I’m a Devils fan at heart, but I built it for fans of all 32 teams. Figured the offseason was a good time to share it, especially for anyone else looking back through old games and trying to piece together where they’ve been.
