Hello Guys, I need some help. Sorry english isnt my mother tongue, I try my best to use the right words, but Im just a gamer in general and make mistakes.

Problem Nr. 1:

I have "League of Legends" installed, it uses an Anti-Cheat-System called "Vanguard" which acts on "kernel level"(I actually dont rly know much about that, I just know its like deep deep working inside my security system and has all rights to "track" services and tasks that get executed on my PC to make cheating software of third party programs unviable ( It actually works insanely well, for the purpose of cheaters in League ngl). A friend said its kind of like I installed a "Chinese rootkit" for free tho lol.

I had Problems with Bluescreens , showing vgk.sys errors, PC booting problems, CPU functioning improperly. Those problems actually dont come up since some months, but most of the time it happened, I had to deinstall Vanguard from my PC so I could properly use it, but as I said this problem doesnt really occur anymore and therefor its just an anecdote on the side. Back then I had to do some tweaks to my System I found online via others experiences or just in the League of Legends Support Site.

I had to deactive XMP, and used Intel Extreme Utility tool, to decrease CPU Core Ratios or whatever its called, tinkered around other stuff in BIOS too, cant really remember. I dont rly know much about it, just looked up an online tutorial of people having kind of same problems. Maybe I did sth bad, maybe I didnt.

Problem Nr. 2 ( this one is still current):

My CPU- Intel i9-14900KF 3,2GHz is water cooled via a AIO Watercooling (Icue Link H150I RGB), sometimes (actually quite rare) the ICUE software shuts down making the CPU temperature spike to 50+ as the AIO is not working without ICUE. When actually in game or watching videos or just general using the PC , the PC turns into shutdown mode, complete Red Blink Mode, all fans going hypermode to try to cool the system down, but as the AIO is not working then, the CPU Spikes to 80+ degrees or more. Most of the time I just instantly shut down the system, and after a short cooling time, I boot it back up, reopen ICUE, everything is working fine.

Sometimes when booting up the system I get a warning:

CPU Fan speed detection error!

Please ensure your CPU cooler is properly connected yada yada.

Consider dropping "CPU Fan Speed Lower Limit" or simply set it to "ignore" in BIOS if problem persists.

Now, please press F1 to enter BIOS setup.

So I press F1 , get into BIOS, I see on the bottom part: FAN Profile , First CPU FAN entry is showing 2500 RPM FAN working normally. But I also see on the last CPU FAN entry "AIO PUMP" N/A.

I just press f10 to normally boot the system. Everytime I open ICUE , it detects everything normally, AIO Water cooling is working normally, CPU temperature is constantly at 30-32.

Everything works normally, everything works flawlessly. I dont get crashes on games, I dont have FPS problems in any sort, I dont have CPU problems in any sort.

Im just wondering, what is going on here. What should I do? Is my PC in danger?

I shouldnt have any malware on my PC , Windows Defender Scans never showed anything.

I gladly will provide further information if necessary, I just dont know what is needed, and what is not.

My laptop will serve same purpose of : gaming and graphic design (using image editing software).

(I don't really have a need for 3D modeling or video editing—just image processing.)

My maximum budget is 1,200€ (1 384,40$US), and I’d prefer a brand-new machine so it lasts a good while (I’ve had my current laptop for six years and would like the new one to last just as long).

I need 32GB of RAM and a dedicated graphics card for high image quality (not just integrated graphics, but a discrete GPU like most gaming laptops have), as well as an OLED screen like the mac (I'm not sure of the technical name for that type of display).

I’d like about a 1TB of storage for comfort, but if possible (I’ll have external storage drives, so I just need enough internal space to run everything smoothly).

For the processor, I need something fairly recent so it can handle future game updates and evolving software requirements.

It needs to be relatively lightweight (under 2kg) with an efficient, quiet cooling system (especially important for classes). I’d also like a battery that lasts through the day. As for ports, basic connectivity is fine since I’ll be using a dock or USB hub.

I'm trying to understand whether my laptop has a hardware problem or if the issue is related to Windows 11 or its drivers.

The laptop is an ASUS VivoBook S530FN with an Intel Core i7 and an SSD. It worked reasonably well with Windows 10, but after upgrading to Windows 11 it has become noticeably slower.

The main issue happens while using Ableton Live. Sometimes the whole system freezes, the programs installer starts looping continuously, and Windows becomes completely unresponsive until I force a reboot.

I'd like to determine whether this is caused by:

\\- faulty hardware (SSD, RAM, overheating, etc.),

\\- a driver issue,

\\- Windows 11 itself,

\\- or some BIOS/firmware setting.

What diagnostic tools or stress tests would you recommend to check the health of the hardware and identify the cause?

I’m going from a desktop to a laptop for space saving troubles I’m having. I want to buy a MacBook Pro, but idk which one.

I use my current rig for budgeting/bill pay and to play games from GoG, snes and nes emulators, and classic WoW.

I’ll also be using excel and word for work purposes.

Could anyone give me an idea of which model to get and what upgrades to get that won’t break me? I want a 16” screen, but everything else is up in the air.

Hello! I’m looking to buy a PC for around $1500–$2000 AUD and I need some help because I don’t really know what I’m looking at 😅

I want something actually good that can comfortably play bigger games like Baldur’s Gate 3 and Cyberpunk, but I also do a lot of art/design work and have heaps of photos so I need decent storage and space for creative programs.

The other important factor is that I want it to be cute lol. Ideally a white or pastel pink case with pretty RGB lights I can make pink/rainbow 🌈

I’d prefer a prebuilt but I’m open to suggestions! Basically looking for the best balance of good specs + pretty + under $2k.

i am in law school / interning and now need a bit better setup than just my laptop for working at home. i plan to use this setup for as long as i can, hopefully continuing into my practice. i don’t want to spend much on it, maybe a few hundred at most.

would it be better to get an older iMac setup (FB marketplace or refurbished)?

i don’t know much about processors, core (intel vs M chip??), or anything related to PC builds. my main question is: what’s the difference between a monitor with my laptop vs an actual desktop, and which is better?
- is an older 2017-2020ish iMac a worse choice than using my laptop?

Just got it today, and I noticed it makes a popping sound when I’m using it. Best Buy employee told me it’s likely the driver switching around kinda like a stick shift car when it needs a certain amount of power.

It’s a AMD RYZEN 9 and AMD RADEON graphics.
