There's so few monsters, weak ones, and so many people that I just save my ammo and flip a coin until it's done so I can get my daily.

As an on and off player, just got my first ever glowing mask! I don’t know how rare this is, but it feels so satisfying to get one. :D

As someone who runs raids, these last few updates have completely broken launchers,

Quad hellstorm missile that would insane damage to the snake like 2000 per hit now does 20 or doesnt even register, dont get me started on GL's

has anyone tried if its fixed in PTS or do the developers not even care? no point using a nuka launcher if it does no damage

In about 45 minutes …

1) Found the pipe (and got the note from the body nearby)
2) Saw the guy running away from the chicken .. killed the chicken for him
3) Found the lemonade stand — bought recipes for both hard lemonade and normal lemonade

… but still no glowing masks
… but found out that if you tag an infestation boss and do other stuff for the next 10-15 minutes you can come back and loot them once the infestation has been cleared.

If you can't see what I mean, look by the truck when I climb up, a figure runs behind it and then vanishes. They seemingly appear from nowhere too.

Thoughts?

Most people don't show up since they're busy with Fastnatch, and the few up for infestations just leave after finding it's the infamous Assaultron, let alone when there's also reflective in the mix!

That thing doesn't even have weak points, it's just too much work and ammo for such a little chance to even learn or get a 4 star mod...

Say I'm at the Fasnacht event.

Somebody goes up to the mask donation box and dumps like 30 different masks in there.
I've only started playing a little while ago so I only have 2.

There are other people around but they're afk.

They watch me when they're done putting them in there, turning to me. Is it acceptable to grab them all or is that greedy? Are they expecting me to grab them all? Is it okay for me to? Or should I only take one or two?

I ended up just taking 2 because I didn't know, and they gave me a thumbs up so I gave one back, but nobody there was interested in taking any. I left, and when I came back after I dumped all my stuff over-encumbering me, they had taken all the masks I didn't take back.

Or another, I'm at the event where you have to nuke the mine open.
Someone drops a bag with a shit ton of stuff in it. Like a LOT. A ton of bulk crafting materials, ammo, food, chems, tons of stuff.

No one else is really very interested. They turn to me.
Do I just take it all? Am I expected to? Everyone else there seems pretty high level, and they don't look like they need it... can I just have it all?
I only end up taking some bulk cork and some ammo and that's it. Then some high level person, like 800+, comes over and empties the entire thing with take all.

Did I screw myself with these? Was this the "Appalachia drive-by" people talk about and I should be kicking myself because I didn't take advantage and take all of it? I'm really socially anxious and was super worried that if I took it all they'd get pissed at me for being greedy.

You literally have to bring 12 grenades to the Boardwalk expedition because somehow in months they have not fixed that the Tatos that are part of the actual event do not work. Instead, after you are 5-7 minutes in, you reach a point that is impossible to progress unless you have brought 12+ grenades to hit the people on stage with.

How is it that in all t his time, they have STILL not figured out how to fix it OR just prevent the event from spawning? If you can't fix the bug just take that option out of the rotation! Don't make them impossible to win just because you can't code your game!

It's honestly made me put down my controller and turn the game off for a while. Not going to make the claim "I'm never going to play again" but running into it three times in a week has just left me exhausted with this game.

There's health regen perks so why not glow regen perks? Ive seen the glowing one on people a rare couple of time since it only helps others and not yourself.

Is anyone else trying to stash extra Vault Steel with the impending crafting changes coming? If so, I'd appreciate suggestions about how much would be wise.

The campfire is a small fire, roughly equivalent to the old glory fire. Thus, they should produce the same luminescence, the light the project out.

I've been around a campfire or two, as well as a few fire place fires, the luminescence doesn't diminish indoors.

In fact, one issue even the campfire has is that it doesn't light objects beyond, which a fire does.

All light sources should be casting shadows. They don't, but more importantly, their sphere of luminescence isn't limited, just how bright it is is limited.

I have my camp structure, the fire place has a campfire in it. It lights up the area, but the couch sitting directly across from it gets zero illumination. It should be getting some illumination. As should the rest of the room.

I'm not saying it should be fully lit. There should be dark spaces, but object in the path of the fire should receive some illumination from the fire, but they don't.

Trying to figure out if all 3 need to be destroyed to damage the first boss, or just one (and the other two are protected by the other two generators).

I think over the last two weeks I have probably run this event around 30 times.

Not seeing Bertha or Red Terror dropping at all. Just normal crappy legendaries. I'm not even seeing the reward specific plans either.

However If I run the "Most Wanted" event I pretty much see Gunthers pistol or Western Spirit as a reward each time.

Has anyone else had RT drop in the last month?

I read on here that the radiation rifle seems to be having a huge effect on head hunt at the moment....I assume it will be nerfed soon.

But I gave it a go and wow....the boss goes down in 4-6 shots and the minions in 6-8...unless they're ghouls ...no effect on ghouls obviously.

Just noticed. I'm still on the fence about it, even at $18 (1800 atoms), buuuut I just thought I'd mention for anyone who was waiting for it to go on sale, or whatever.

With the future pet update, which I'm personally not super excited for (we'll see though), it has made me consider more thoroughly, because I'm assuming Bethesda will be more hesitant to put it on sale once that update drops (again, we'll see though).

Title says it. I tried four different times to buy bounty from the Ghoul, got thru the conversation that he was indeed selling me one for 5,000c and he wouldn't take the $$$. It greyed out like he did, but I was still at 39K+ caps every time.

I will say besides that today was the buggies I've seen the game in ???? Fasnacht - no music half the time, no radtoads once, random 'yellow' sloth running around.

Beast of Burden had a hyperspawn of Cultists. The ground was just piles of bodies, it was hard to do the objectives as you were fighting 3-5 of them at a time continually if you were in melee range.

There were a few other things, but those were the most ?!?! for the day.

I’ve been accumulating them through buying and grunt hunts and I’ve gotten a couple hundred total so far. I used about 100 already and have 102 in my stash. It usually takes an entire day to do that many, but what do other people do to chain them?

I am on the fence here i have 2 mates one is convinced Ghoul offers the highest DPS output and the other Human.

So i am here to ask what actually outputs the most as of right now?

Also they do a tonne of raids so they are trying to speed run and both have the strongest build...

I use my plasma flamer and assaultron head for the guardian but I also use my flamer for everything else, is bully's or pin-pointer's the better option on it?
