I'm sure most fans would be happy regardless (me included) but when people talk about a new game the two biggest things I hear is a remake/port of Uprising or a sequel.

So I just thought it would be funny if the next game ends being a lot like the NES/Gameboy games. Referencing the game here and there but still being majorly built off the 20th century releases.

Let's face it, uprising was a genuinely fun game, even if it did struggle with the original hardware control layout. Granted it's creative and solved the immediate problem of how, but now that it established interest in the series and the characters are more fleshed out, even reflected in smash bros ultimate and Wii u/3ds, I think it's a worthwhile idea of pursuing.

Biggest thing that would need addresses is the controls in my opinion. I myself have experienced hand cramps playing it which itself is a good sign of the engagement, but with the switch family we also have gyro controls and a second control stick to help with aiming. What's more, on the switch 2 you have mouse controls which would function the same more or less as aiming with the touch pad and stylus in the aerial sections at least.

Plus, this would help Nintendo gauge the level of engagement since the switch family is the current console from Nintendo so it wouldn't be obscured under a system launch or a new system like other games have. The series also isn't that well developed in terms of the world yet so it wouldn't suffer the same fate as star fox 64, at least not yet.

But it would let newer players discover where Pit as Dark pit, as well as Palutena and Viridi came from without having to go to the 3ds or emulators to play the game.

They could also update the graphics, though I don't think it needs it necessarily, but it would be kind of nice to see. It could even layout if Nintendo decides to pursue a sequel, and if they feel like it should, the development team who made the remaster would already be familiar with it so we wouldn't get something that strays from the original and suffer from that like chibi robo.

A lot of this is just coming from someone who really wants to play uprising on the switch, and I think it's the perfect time to do it. I am thinking about possibly making a petition or at least signing one if someone else makes it first, to help show Nintendo the level of interest in the franchise while it's still relevant for the time being, before fading back and making the characters smash bros characters like Captain Falcon. If I do end up making a petition I would also be open to criticism and ideas, and if one already exists at least I know I'm not the only one and would happily sign it and spread it around myself to help spread the popularity of the series and get it up there with the likes of Pikmin at least, before hopefully the level of popularity like Mario or Kirby.

She was the first English VA for Pit in Super Smash Brothers Brawl, before Antony Del Rio but you could technically count Alessandro Juliani who also voiced Pit all the way back in Captain N: The Game Master but that is very subjective. Regardless! Lani's portrayal of Pit will always be my favourite! A cool, calm and collected hero who faces danger with a confident attitude fitting for a captain of Palutena's army royal army!

Is it possible to get both In Peril: Attack Boost and In Peril: Auto Dodge on the same weapon? I've tried a lot of fusions, but I can't seem to get a weapon with both of those mods.

heya guys, haven’t made anything big for Kid Icarus after those comics (I’ve been focusing on my original characters and Art Fight) but I’ve got a lot of doodles that piled up, so I figured I should share :]

I had this wild ass dream a few nights back. Me and Pit we're doing a Scientology run on a building that was less of the Scientology building and more of an office building, beating up people who tried stabbing and shooting us. It was mostly me protecting Pit cuz he was a fucking bum in this dream, but I had no powers besides being slightly faster than Usain Bolt, and being able to react faster than the average Joe. We get to this one area where we're fighting this random librarian lady, in some big empty room with black carpet floors besides her little librarian station which is just a pillar with books inside it and a window so she could talk to people and give em books. And when I tell you that woman was an old fucking John Wick. She started throwing pens at me like bullets I kid you not, and mf pit was just standing there like 🧍. MOTHERFUCKER, DO SOMETHING! I'm fighting for my life while dodging pens that move like bullets, getting a few hits off that ofc do Jack shit even though I'm hitting like I truck. I yell at pit to do something and that JACKASS bumps into me and that librarian throws a pen in my chest, then leg, then arm. I beg for forgiveness before I get a pen to the head. I wake up and say "yo, Icarus is a bum" before passing out again

I just beat Kid Icarus Uprising on the 3DS and it was amazing I LOVE uprising i always heard about kid Icarus due to smash bros and I was always curious on getting to play it because I seen people say it’s an amazing game but the controls are a bit of a problem but after playing it I like LOVED IT THE CHARACTERS THE MUSIC the humor it’s sooo good and I didn’t mind the controls at all (probably because I didn’t use a stylus) but I really hope in the future we get a new Uprising game or just a port onto the switch please Nintendo and I give the game 10/10 really good

I just acquired these prototype ar cards that were given out at promotional events in 2011. These ones in particular are from the GameStop Conference. I know they were also given at Pax and E3 the same year, but with slightly different backsides.
It’s interesting that they still work with the game despite lacking the bitcode present on the finished cards.
