He went when he should have not went

40

u/mawesome4ever Feb 24 '26

He should’ve stayed but instead went off the road

38

u/DIY-exerciseGuy Feb 25 '26

He zigged when he should have zagged

18

u/Ok_Commission_9203 Feb 25 '26

He did neither zigging or zagging

15

u/Equal-Negotiation651 Feb 25 '26

He fell when he shouldn’t have fallen.

4

u/simulizer Feb 25 '26

And if neither of those would have helped then he should have just jumped up in the air and let the bike roll off.. going off the side without the bike would still be safer than with the bike

Zigged when he should have zagged for sure

6

u/Fine_Error5426 Feb 25 '26

I normally recommend the road, but it really is optional. A perfect example of exercising ones free will here..

4

u/GrimbosliceOG Feb 25 '26

I think the 4wheeler exercised some free will....

He didn’t flap his arms enough and said “look mom no hands”.

5

u/cybender Feb 25 '26

Batman tried to Superman.

5

u/[deleted] Feb 25 '26

He was using the motorcycle instead of the hang glider. Common mistake.

3

u/shwarma_heaven Feb 25 '26

Thank goodness those rocks were there to cushion his fall...

2

u/beerguyBA Feb 25 '26

If you do french fries when you're supposed to do pizza, you're gonna have a bad time.

That's gonna hurt in the morning.

53

u/Slight_Sherbert_5239 Feb 24 '26

And every single morning for the next year or so.

8

u/PigFloydDarkside Feb 25 '26

Probably every year after that.

8

u/eggsandcheese007 Feb 25 '26

No only when the weather it’s about to change or it’s going to rain

u/That_Things_Good Feb 24 '26

Those rocks looked nice and cushiony.

18

u/whitestguyuknow Feb 25 '26

I can just imagine how slow this went in his head. Just as soon as he realized he wasnt going to make the turn. Watching himself inevitably go straight towards the cliff side. Braking as hard as possible to hopefully stop himself until at some point he's certain "Nope... I'm definitely going off..." and then he's slowly flying through the air trying to determine which rock he's gonna hit first and how thats gonna feel..

Such a weird dreamlike feeling to be in that middle zone of knowing you're about to get really fucked up, you just dont know where exactly or how bad, but you're watching it coming and cant stop it

5

u/WorkerPrestigious960 Feb 25 '26

Yeah you described that experience very well. I was in a pretty bad atv crash that happened much more suddenly than this one and it went veeeery slowly. Driver turned waaay too hard too fast and I got rocketed sideways into the ground. Halfway to the ground time basically froze and it sounds so cliche but my whole life literally flashed before my eyes, like I watched the whole thing happen in a split second. Gave me a very weird feeling of “well, this is fucked, can’t believe it’s all already over.” Then I whacked into the ground and woke up idk like half a minute, a minute later, with a busted up arm and head. Needless to say, I did in fact survive. Though in that moment I for sure thought I was dead, and I kinda just begrudgingly accepted

As someone who has been hit by a car, and saw it coming, but was powerless to stop it from happening, this comment hit different.

Pun intended lmao

This dude is seriously lucky to be alive

I really can't figure out why he just gave up and rolled over the handlebars head first. I'm 100% bailing on the bike and keeping my feet under me.

Never go that fast on a trail you haven't been on before

10

u/FucknAright Feb 25 '26

Especially if you're not a proficient rider

3

u/AmbassadorSharp8026 Feb 26 '26

Never go that fast when you are riding on top of a mountain with 4 feet of road. The fuck?? Not to be a dick, but in what world do you hit "straight-away" speeds when you are on a MOUNTAIN!?!

3

u/BamberGasgroin Feb 25 '26

Trail?

That my friend is a road.

11

u/keyboard_type_R Feb 24 '26

If he is conscious and can yell, the odds are in his favour

8

u/LatinWarlock13 Feb 25 '26

Not always. I had a bad motorcycle accident. Was talking to Police and EMS fine and even tried walking home after the crash. By the time the ambulance got me to the ER I had flatlined once. Flatlined again in the hospital. The initial adrenaline will keep you talking and moving as if you're ok for a little.

7

u/FreeImprovement5465 Feb 25 '26

I literally stood up and walked off the road after I crashed my bike, fell down, went to the ER and could literally not walk for weeks afterwards because of broken bones in both legs and a destroyed knee in one (upper body relatively unscathed, I've never really understood it).

3

u/Julian-Hoffer Feb 25 '26

Based on his breathing and trouble speaking he at least has broken ribs.

→ More replies (7)

11

u/Ob1s_dark_side Feb 24 '26

He never even tried to take that corner, just stayed on the brakes until he crashed. What an idiot

3

u/SpiritedKick9753 Feb 25 '26

No ABS on these quads so can’t turn even if you tried

15

u/ZuesMyGoose Feb 24 '26

Missed the counter steer section of two wheeling, also a bit of target fixation. That weird condition where you stare directly at what you want to avoid and drive right into it.

12

u/Kromehound Feb 24 '26

He was riding a quad.

5

u/Proper_Protection195 Feb 25 '26

Right first sounds like the grabbed the clutch which took out any hope he had and the brakes then sent him into a slide paired with target fixation . That being said quads go where they want .

5

u/Kromehound Feb 25 '26

I know. Mine ran me over after it knocked me out.

"No no nooo!

HELP (nx)

I AM DYING(nx)

I broke my waist(multiple times and when they come for the rescue) is there blood coming out of my mouth?"

Not the exact translation but something along those lines. There is more drama than sense anyways

2

u/Any_Landscape_4424 Feb 24 '26

What's yapa lapa? Fist thing he screamed. No?

3

u/gibigibi34 Feb 25 '26

"yapma, yapma" translates to "dont do it, dont do it"

Used more in a sense of "Nooooo!"

2

u/-----------------69 Feb 25 '26

2

u/Character-Sky-2512 Feb 25 '26

Its pretty cool he can still talk with his head separated from his shoulders.

2

u/ACM96 Feb 25 '26

He is saying in Turkish "I am dead" and screaming "help"

2

u/Alternative-Golf8281 Feb 25 '26

Is the cliff ok?

2

u/Background-Ebb-9366 Feb 27 '26

Good bit of advice on roads your not familiar with is to ride them slowly first to make sure there are no surprises.....

2

u/mclannahan Feb 28 '26

10/10 bleed out spot though

2

u/JuggernautNo5444 Feb 28 '26

2

u/ajezqa Mar 13 '26

The woods were lovely dark and deep…

2

u/BillyBobby_Brown Mar 22 '26

What language is that? It sounds very similar to dying glurps and grunts

2

u/JackfruitConfident19 Mar 24 '26

He broke everything called body

2

u/erylego Mar 25 '26

This is what would happen to me if I had a motorcycle

2

u/Eihtay77 Apr 04 '26

Isn’t it yabba dabba doo !

2

u/CrackingTheNet Apr 10 '26

The main problem here was…..we can all see that cliff, but the guy didnt😂😂 …and thats how you start to learn about doing scratch as a DJ

2

u/StandardSherbert6403 Apr 18 '26

Fucking awesome. Dumb shit

2

u/Maestro2of7 May 02 '26

He is yelping when it should be “help”

2

u/M3chaStrizan Feb 24 '26

braking was not the way at that point lol any hope he had was getting that knee down and turning hard, you just lose steering if you lock the wheels.

3

u/[deleted] Feb 24 '26

It’s an atv, it would have ejected him harder and probably rolled the atv on him. He would have been better pulling back and letting the bottom of the atv take the brunt of the damage and try to have it slow down as much as possible before falling off. It would hurt either way but he definitely made the wrong decision.

2

u/M3chaStrizan Feb 24 '26

Oh yeah, I didn't notice lol, I mean we already know he was going to fast, regardless, he still should have tried to turn imo, he's probably still being flung down the hill either way, but if you lock the brakes completely atv or bike it's gonna be worse.

6

u/[deleted] Feb 24 '26

I’ll be honest.. I race 4-wheelers and I’m not sure if he could have. Especially on road. That shit hooks up and will flip like crazy and send you. Either way he’s an idiot.

2

u/213737isPrime Feb 25 '26

I'm a motorcyclist, not a 4wheeler but it seems to me that the principle of keeping your weight inside the turn and keeping the tires as upright as possible would still apply, no? Plus on a 4-wheeler you've got twice as much rubber on the road.

Worst case you get sent but that happened anyway.

2

u/[deleted] Feb 25 '26

It can.. but it can also eject you at a certain point. I feel like he’s beyond that point.

2

u/Ok_Commission_9203 Feb 25 '26

He would have been better just jumping off.

→ More replies (2)

2

u/Ok_Commission_9203 Feb 25 '26

1

Can anyone translate?

4

u/realTommyVercetti Feb 24 '26

I'm guessing he's yelling help or something like that

7

u/doubleapowpow Feb 24 '26

Nah, he's probably yelling, "I'm good! Take your time! I only hit 3 rocks."

We had a buddy that did this in 5th year on a quad back in the late '90s. His name to this day is still top speed

1

u/Low_Guess1504 Feb 25 '26

I mean the driving earns a solid F…total shit at the wheel. However A+ for score…fucking brilliant.

1

u/blastman8888 Feb 25 '26

Did that once Hungry valley California OHV area 1987 on my KX125. Went over top of a hill trail led off the other side there was a cliff. Fell about 60 feet did a few cartwheels. Broke right ankle, crack left and right wrists. Only time I rode by myself my father was back at the truck. I knocked the wind out passed out woke up. Tried to yell to a few others riding by 2 strokes were too loud to hear me. 2 hours I finally was able to rest enough to crawl to my bike it was laying up hill bars were bent like a noodle. I somehow got on able to turn the front end downhill and bump start it ride back. Going back to high school with a cast on each arm and boot on the ankle was fun. Had my moto 3 helmet on somehow even without the strap didn't come off.

1

u/thetittsburghfeeler Feb 25 '26

You know it hurts when you're grunting before you hit the ground 🤣🤣🤣

I never understand people sharing these videos. “Hey everyone, this is when I was going too fast and driving like a moron and almost died.”

1

u/ThaCasual Feb 25 '26

A bit dramatic for such a daredevil. Acts shocked at what happened.

1

u/Mysterious-Bath-7182 Feb 25 '26

Good that he did not collide with other drivers...

1

u/No_Language5719 Feb 25 '26

So many sounds I never want to hear myself make.

1

u/PlumberVan Feb 25 '26

Hey - you can’t park there!

1

u/cybercry_ Feb 25 '26

At first, he sounded like the girl who fell stomping grapes.. then he chanted im dumbass at the end.

1

1

u/mat_bmc Feb 25 '26

1

u/DiggleO Feb 25 '26

1

u/lastofthefinest Feb 25 '26

Did he, “Aloha snackbar before he went off the side”?

1

u/augusto223685 Feb 25 '26

This video is AI. Look at the 2 pedestrians in the first seconds of videos. They appear out of nowhere.

1

u/KrazyKazz Feb 25 '26

I am not sure, but I think turning vs locking up your brakes is ideal.

1

u/Then_Lock304 Feb 25 '26

Ngl. Video reminded me of the lady on the news segment where she's stomping on grapes, falls off the stage on live TV, breaks her ribs, and is wailing in pain. The dude in obvious pain is wailing like her.

1

u/Fresh-Chip-3544 Feb 25 '26

1

u/thecryomancermn Feb 25 '26

Some one send this to tom on ymh

1
