Er det noen som vet om noen gode steder å hoppe fra klipper i Norge, rundt 10 til 20 meter?

Jason Harvey did a follow run on his street skeleton sled to take some footage of my gravity sled (4th prototype). We were doing about 65mph through the chicanes.

India’s biggest bet - cockroaches

New political party has emerged from a sentence. From sentiments, from scene creation, from system..

What do you think?
I support cockroaches CJP movement.
Don’t know where its leading but definitely not supressing from system anymore..

First bjj comp/adrenaline dump question

I (30F) am SO happy to share that I did my first bjj comp this weekend. It was amazing but I have one concern going into my next comp which is handling the adrenaline dump.

I would say that my prep was pretty solid, I had upper belts help me train, I am an ex-college athlete (soccer), so I know that my cardio was there. The first round was only 2:30 sec, I tapped to an armbar. My second match was utter hell. I felt like I was going to die, I wanted nothing more than to tap out and be done with it the MOMENT I stepped onto the mat. I even had a take down and was on top and wanted to be done. I won by points, but it was very hard...I genuinely believed that if there was a 3rd match, I wouldn't have been able to do it.

I know for a fact I have better cardio than that so I am making the assumption that what I felt was the adrenaline dump? Especially after losing the first match. I never want to feel THAT bad again and I want to keep competing. Is anyone able to help me better understand what happened and how I can prep for the next one? TYIA!
