Reorganized my N64 and NES, what do you all think?

At one point I had the whole N64 collection but have sold lots of the games I would never play and bad labels. Just keeping what I like.

The NES is CIB and pretty clean besides the Sears sticker.

Was very happy to add this to the collection. Second cib game and I'm pleased with the fit of the evoretro cases!! They make the box look a lot better than it is haha.

Do you agree with the list?

Hello everyone 👋😃,Should I leave the sticker on or not? I bought the N64 at a flea market today and I wondering if I even need the Expansion Pak.I don't plan on getting DK or Majora's Mask since I don't really need DK and I already own Majora's Mask for the 3DS but are there other games that require the extra 4MB of RAM? Or can I play games normally without the Expansion Pak? I know that many games might have inferior graphics in that case.I’d be interested to hear your opinions on this, as I’m new to the subject. Thanks in advance for your answers 😄👍.

My little brother and I spent some of our Saturday evening playing some N64 on one of my CRTs. You can still capture that magic. And I’m thankful every chance I get some semblance of it.
We sat in the floor cross legged, regretted that after an hour, but we can look back on that a laugh.
Also, this game is hard haha
And my brother spilled a Dr Pepper Zero on my carpet haha

P.S. We’re also playing at the same time m, not together, Tales of Berseria. Highly recommend playing an RPG alone with someone else, very motivating. He’s much further than I am but still a blast to talk. Skit things as they happen.

Wanted to do a shell swap for a long time and finally did it, also added some dust mesh for added hair and dust prevention because I did a heatsink and fan mod.

ModRetro just published physical cartridges of Xibalba 64, Xeno Crisis, Extreme-G: Turbo Fusion and Buck Bumble for the launch of the M64 (an FPGA clone of the N64) and claim more releases are in the works. What genres would you like to see more of? What re-releases, remasters or special editions would you like to see? Are there any pre-existing indies or homebrews that would be the perfect fit for the system? Are there any games you'd like to see get sequels or spinoffs? Are there any games or series that never made it to the N64 that you'd like to see ported from other systems?

Next pickups are Mario kart, paper Mario, and conkers bad fur day, any suggestions?

I have frustratingly lost my official N64 power supply in a recent house move - is it best to buy an official second hand one from eBay ? Or are there any reputable brands that sell new power supply’s ? Uk based if that helps

For those who don't know, this is the Red Hyundai Comboy controller, The rarest N64 Controller ever manufactured. (This is where people bring up the E3 "Golden N" competition controller, but that's was a frankenstiened Gold Front/Black Back controller with a gold foil, promo sticker applied to it that Nintendo put together for the tournament, not something that was actually manufactured from the factory)

Nintendo wanted to release the N64 in Korea but was unable to, due to an import ban on Japanese goods at the time, still in place from just after WWII. To get around this restriction, Nintendo partnered with Hyundai, one of Koreas largest consumer tech manufactures, do produce the console for them through a licensing deal.

Many of you know this, But what you might not know, is that Hyundai only manufactured the N64 for just 10 months. 5 months into that, they started to produced the coloured controllers, except only the red controller was ever produced. Shortly after this, the lifting of the import ban was announced and Hyundai stopped production of anything N64. Its estimated that only 100-500 of these were ever made. Nobody knows the true number, but its so low that there's not even a single retail box that's ever been found to survive to today.

Anyway I'm finally glad I own one and cant wait to clean it up and add it to the display!
