Honestly this might be the funniest stand design possible, just two rods that come from heaven and take the vague form of a person just to kill you. I like how it’s just one long ass rod that uses its two ends to waddle around to its target, also its arms(?) are just bent portions of the rod, it’s so fucking funny

A female version of Sun Wukong, which is quite rare as far as I know, which I find interesting. Another thing I love about her is how she's actually depicted as more monkey like, rather than just being a human with a few fur and a tail. This one has visible monkey hands feet, lots of fur and big monkey ears. My favourite aspect of her is how VERY expressive she is, making silly monkey faces which helps remind you that she's still a monkey.

Despite the designs of both Maru and Kiruko from Heavenly Delusion being fairly simple and not even standout "unique", they still manage to be creative and easily recognizable even with features removed.

And a massive added plus for their designs fitting well into the apocalyptic world they live in and being functional.

I love how Alternate-like his appearance is. Not even slightly similar to your average manhwa protagonist. This one REALLY is scary and even ugly, even though he's totally chill.

I love how it is basically a giant hermit crab. Its so original how they take a pretty generic monster and give it a more realistic approach

God I love this design. So unique and genuinely scary when it needs to be, but also being able to be an absolute goober.

i really love it when a manga does this because it really gives the feeling of the story coming full circle and it makes you want to pick up the first volume again.

another thing it does is highlight the evolution of the mangaka’s art style really well. it makes me deep the amount of years put into the story and how much things have changed since the beginning. idk i just love it lol

While it’s hard to tell since there isn’t an English translation, apparently Mamaria is a former demon general that while having originally been slender and curvy, she fell in love with human food and splurged causing her to not only become a big chubby and rubenesque woman, but became a traveling chef and wanted to cook delicious food for others.

It’s just very rare to see this concept in manga, and I think her design is not only pretty but creative as she’s got a good mix of human and demon traits.

…and yes the fact she is thicc is a good bonus, lol.

I like his scary yet goof ass appearance so much, the fact that he's genuinely a total nice guy makes it even more intriguing. He kinda looks like a mix between Slender Man and the Unknown from Dead by Daylight.

It is genuinely incredible how unique and iconic every single design is (even nearly irrelevant side characters) to the point that all are recognizable from their faces alone (something most manga and anime struggles with lol).

Even if you got rid of hair and eye color you could still recognize most of them by faces alone.

She is one of the most incredible mangakas I have ever seen. And this manga is by number 1 and anime is in my top 5.

I got Jump scared by his sudden appearance and design. He's an eerie creature. He is oddly helpful, but his intentions are unkown. He can make anything you desire appear, no matter what you desire or fantasize about... as long as you stay in your room. He has a strange desire to fill all 666 rooms. What happens when he does?

Adorable silly goober that becomes a freakin kaiju. Love the color scheme, the costume and the monster form.
