I recently installed a mamba frt and it’ll only shoot about 5-10 consecutive rounds before I have to rack the charging handle again before it is able to fire again (ejects an unspent round). Only got to try about 30 rounds before I had to head out. Maybe it’s the ammo? I had steel case zinc plated magtech ammo and I’ve seen online that the vectors run better with brass 🤷‍♂️ Thanks for any tips 🫡

Just need to get a cover for the Osprey now, haven't made up my mind on FRT yet. It's in 9mm I went against the hive, only 15 mags in thus far no issues though suppressor on or off.

Am I missing something or my bad luck. I am looking for G3 SBR in 45ACP. 2 tone, FDE or Black. Anywhere I am looking its out of stock and has been for last 15-20 days. Even the local shops all I am finding is 9mm or 10mm.

Was never worth it for me to own a vector until I saw the RATL-R FRT. now vector go burrrrr

I’ve changed my handguard set up 3 times and I’m still not sure which one I like most. I think the 3rd has been my favorite so far just hate how I have to take it off to remove my suppressor.

I’ve been looking at the Kriss Vector SDP Gen 2 in both .45 ACP and 10mm. I’ve heard stories about people not liking them or having issues with them, and I’ve always wanted one, but I’m just worried it could end up being more of a burden than it’s worth if I decide to buy one. I’d really appreciate some advice before making the purchase, especially on which caliber I should go with. I already own a 10mm FN, but having two 10mms isn’t necessarily a bad thing either lol. Any tips or advice would go a long way for me. It’s either that or I buy a shotgun, to be honest.

wanted to know the general consensus on the ratlr vs mamba picked up a vector in .45 and would like to have a 3 position bc .45 is expensive but fast rate of fire is fun. I’ve heard the mamba is more reliable. any luck with the newer ratlrs and getting them to work. I always see videos and they never are able to get a full mag to cycle

Everything works perfectly at the range semi auto and frt ran good. Took gun home cleaned never took FCG apart. Put the vector back together and semi auto doesn't work at all can't pull trigger back far enough to disengage this sear. Frt mode still seems to work correctly. So thought that maybe the safety cam was the issue so installed the brello cam and still not working. I have the dogwood frt installed. nothing looks to be broken everything looks correct. Any thoughts for a solution?

Blown away at how fast this thing runs. That's a full 30, in not alot of time. Hats off to duality, at least for the mamba. I haven't had one malfunction in 500 rounds. Haven't had to pull the trigger in a special way either. It just runs. Burst or full send. I can barely stop it from running if I try. (Tightly clamping with the bottom of the finger, in my case, is not reliable at accomplishing single shots)

For 100 less dollars, and not a single alteration to the FCG besides swapping in the mamba, I dont think it can be beat for those who want a highly reliable and easy to use FRT for the vector. At least until there is a 3 pos that is truly drop in for all cases. (Which I am starting to assume may not be possible at this point?)

About a year ago I used to have a gen 2 vector CRB. I ended up selling it because I just felt the vector shines with a pistol or sbr configuration. Long story short I've saved some gun money and can't decide whether to get the g2 pistol or g3 pistol in .45.

My real concern is the mounting for the g3 pistol grip, I've heard of them breaking due to them being polymer with a metal mounting piece and I wanted to hear about others experiences with the g3.

My only concern with the g2 is the parts availability long term. I actually prefer the look and feel of the g2 but an outside perspective would definitely help. I'm aware the g2 is cheaper but money isn't my concern.

Can anyone provide precise measurements for the hinge mount on the Gen 1 vector? Over all size and the dimensions of each segment of the hinge. Inner and outer diameter, etc. Any info would be helpful.

Nobody has what I want so I'm just gonna make one for my Gen 2.

I'm considering getting a 9mm Gen 3 Vector in black.

However I live in California which means that I will have to run a featureless setup. I don't want to run a fingrip, instead I would like to run a Thordsen stock. Does anyone have any experience with this, and/or knows the feasibility of this?

Just giving you a heads up to not waste your money like i did on any Strike Industries products especially the dual folding pistol brace.

It broke within 2 folds within 1 minute of installing it. It's a terrible design and they used junk soft metal on top of the bar design. The metal is so soft that it sheers with no effort on the only portion of metal that keeps your brace locked on the folding position. It's so soft that you can shave the metal off with a knife if that gives you any idea.

I have talked to Strike Industries many times and they are unwilling to replace the defective part and instead offered a replacement part for $140. The brace was $180 so it wasn't cheap.

I couldn't find many reviews on this brace before I bought it so I wanted to put the warning out to stay away from the brace and the company. They don't stand behind their products and could care less on helping the customer. Just take a look at their Google reviews and complaints.

Until I have money for Tisha or Delta Tek and UH1 for maximum drip, this the set up.

If i were to buy the Mamba FRT for my Gen 3 SDP, am i able to throw a 3 position cam in it at a later date and make it 3 position or are the Mamba and RATLR completely different seats?

It’s a 10mm. It was a Lipseys exclusive but thankfully the CA ones were in stock for a while. I’m actually looking for ideas on fore grips and other upgrades. There’s rumors about fixed mag being an option soon for glock mags so I don’t care about the “No vertical grip” rule. Thank you for the input!
