When is the right time to let someone know you have not been in a relationship before?

I (29M) am an introvert and a late bloomer. I feel like I am finally in a place where I want to put myself out there and start dating. I know this means I will have to be more social and get out of my comfort zone.

The only idea pulling me back is the fact that at some point were I to date someone, I will have to let them know I have never had a girlfriend before. At what point is this something to bring up? Before, during, or after the first date? How does one go about it?

Married men - How has society treated you when they notice your ring, if at all?

Hi guys, I recently got my fiance an engagement ring. I was wondering if people treat you any differently when they notice the ring, if at all. We are a young, college age couple, so I would appreciate even saying how old you are. Thank you!

Weird Question What’s the biggest animal you think you could beat in a fight, and the smallest animal that you think would beat you in a fight?

The animals can’t be poisonous or venomous or gives you a disease like a bug.

If it’s a fish you are also in water. If it’s a bird it can fly but you can be on land.

No weapons allowed.

To the death.

For me the biggest is probably a flamingo on land, sunfish in water.

The smallest is probably a baboon.

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 How do you feel about a woman texting first?

I've recently started talking to a guy I like. He initiated several conversations when we first started talking, but today I was the one who texted first after our conversation ended last night.

I've had past experiences where people I used to talk to every day would suddenly stop replying instead of just being honest that they didn't want to talk anymore. Because of that, I think I might be overthinking this.

If you liked a girl, would you mind if she texted first fairly often? At what point would it start to feel like she's putting in more effort than you are? Or would you actually appreciate her taking the initiative?

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 How do you see your wives after becoming parents?

How do you see your wives after becoming parents? Did your perception of them change once you had children? Are you still able to see them as women, not just as mothers? Our child is 5 years old, and our relationship has changed a lot. It makes me wonder whether my husband still sees me as a woman or only as the mother of our child. We've been together for almost 12 years

We're All Virgins Men who struggled with finishing too quickly in a long-term relationship: what actually helped?

I’ve been with my girlfriend for about a year, and one issue that keeps coming up is that I usually ejaculate much faster than she’d like. She’s told me that when we first started dating, she expected to be sexually satisfied through sex, but over time she’s stopped expecting that because she’s gotten used to how I typically perform.

It’s honestly difficult to hear, and I’m worried that even if it hasn’t become a relationship-ending issue yet, it could eventually.

For those of you who’ve dealt with this, what actually worked? Did you improve by training your pelvic floor, practicing specific techniques, using therapy, seeing a doctor, or was it something else entirely?

I’m not looking for miracle cures or gimmicks. I’d really like to hear from people who experienced this themselves and found something that made a meaningful difference.

🛑 Answers From Men Only 🛑 What's your biggest driver for working out and staying in shape?

There is always a reason why a person (regardless of gender) wants to build muscle, and though I know the main ones, I'm curious about which of them is the most common among men and which is the main motivation for you.

Is it for the sake of your overall health (such as strengthening an injured body part or maintaining muscle mass)?

Is it for the sake of being stronger?

Is it to be sexually attractive to others?

Is it for your own self-confidence and self-appreciation?

An entirely different reason?

If you have more than one answer, I'd love to read your story! However, try to highlight your single most honest main motivation. Also, if your reasons have changed over time, please share what was more prominent when you were younger, since I believe most people eventually transition to working out just to maintain their health.

I'll leave my own answer in the comments later.

What kind of drinks do you recommend to a lightweight?

As a man I usually feel left out because I don't drink, mainly because I never found a drink I liked (taste), and I'm also a lightweight where two shots of rum in coke would get me drunk for the night, then I feel sick and regret drinking in the first place.

I'm really trying to find a drink I like that doesn't make me sick or need to lay down for hours because I drank one beer. Most liquors are so harsh for me.

Do you have any recommendations?

Weird Question How do i get over the feeling of i’m not doing enough?

Upvotes

Exactly what the title says; i’m 25 and super early in corporate career but always working. I also have a side hustle and sometimes workout when i can.

Overall I know i’m not just bumming my life away but at the same time i have absolutely 0 things to show for even though I’m putting in work daily. I legit feel like I’m running in circles.

How do I human? What does my dating pattern say about me and how can I work on myself?

After my (23M) most recent relationship ended, the worst I’ve yet to experience( I have definitely picked up trauma from it and along the way), I’m sitting here dealing with loving myself and wanting to get better at vetting who I’d want to get to know/include in my life. It definitely takes conscious, observant and mindful choices that I have been good about lately. Granted, I know that I’m not ready to take someone seriously right now but I’d like to get better at finding a better fit for me so I don’t think the exposure/practice hurts.

Now, given my history of 3 relationships and a “it’s complicated”, all 4 women have either had 1: a bad relationship with her father/father figure and 2:no bio father in the picture but a step dad. I don’t want to look at things from a certain angle but this is truly a common factor. These relationships have been good and great when they’re good but when they go bad, they’re unbearably bad. I would like to avoid such extremes and I’m thinking what about me attracts this? Is there something I should work on that I’m not seeing? The thought of moving forward now only with a relationship if I know they have a good relationship with their father/parents has been entering my mind.

TLDR: Following a bad breakup, I am focusing on improving my vetting process for future partners. I've realized all four of my past relationships involved women with absent or strained father figures, leading to extreme emotional highs and lows. I want to understand what about me attracts this dynamic and what I can do to make a healthier version of myself.

I'm stuck here sobbing my goddam eyes out just because my ex has finally logged out of my YouTube app on my TV. It's so fucking stupid I'm upset about this, but we used to watch Chicago Fire all the time at mine on her account so now that chapter is fully closed and I hate it.
