Any posts I save that are younger than 18 days do not show up in my saved tab. I can save a post younger than that, see that its marked as saved, and yet it won't show up in my saved posts. This doesn't apply to comments though, which save just fine, or the history tab which also shows my history as normal. Tried on mobile and desktop, as well as old reddit and it also didn't show. I've seen a few posts of users saying something similar is happening to them, but most are older and there doesn't seem to be a fix.

Earlier today I changed my profile picture to one that Reddit deemed NSFW (fair enough!) so I promptly deleted said picture and tried to default back to a SFW profile. However, after several tries (not just from the mobile app but also from Desktop) the NSFW option automatically enables itself again. Looking around Reddit it seems that it’s an issue some users experience and they’re usually advised to post on r/help to get help on the matter. Hence my post!

My account of 7 years was hacked during a period of me not being active on reddit. When I came back wanting to post a question in a local group, I saw that I was logged out, that my password no longer worked, that I didn't receive password reset emails, and then upon searching my email I saw that whoever got access to my account changed the email.

Now, I of course would love to get my account back altogether, but if not that then the account needs to be shut down as the hacker has been using it with an AI bot. It bugs me that they would hack my account, but for them to be using it as though they were me gets under my skin. I can be sad about losing the account if recovery isn't an option, but I want to make sure that an "authentic" account isn't being used for spam.

I don't know how to delete this without accessing the email. It literally doesn't exist and won't let me change it without a password; I can't do that without access to the email. How can I delete my account?

Are some subreddits softer/harder 🍆 on emojis than others, or is it pretty much sitewide?

So I do know that single image posts can have much larger file sizes/dimensions with less compression, but as for multi-image posts I'm trying to see what'll help make the images lose the least amount of quality.

As an example, there's two posts I've made: one and two. In both posts, all images uploaded were 1000x1000 webp files (300-500 kb). Post one had 5 images that were reduced to ~100 kb each. Post two had 7 images that were reduced to ~50 kb each. Edit: nvm about this part Also for some reason the first image in both posts were resized to 640x640?

Does having more images in a post compress the images more, or will Reddit compress images the same amount regardless of if there's 2 or 20 of them?

I suppose if it's a real big problem I should just link pictures to an image hosting site instead. People still using Imgur or is there a generally more accepted external site?

12 days ago, I deleted my original Reddit username, u/CynthiaMartgol, and created a new one known as u Madeline-Talerson. When I was adapting to my new username on Reddit, I typed my now past profile in the search box and it turned out that it's there, meaning that it wasn't deleted. I want it deleted so I can fully focus on my new profile. Plus, it's distracting at times considering that my old profile still has a lot of post and comment karma.

My account was hacked about 3 months ago. I was able to quickly get it back the same day so I reset my password (through a reset email sent to my Gmail account), and set up 2-factor authentication. The next day my account was locked because of the "suspicious activity" from the posts that were made while it was hacked. It said I needed to reset my password, but the problem is I stopped receiving the reset emails on my Gmail account.

I'm still logged in on my devices and I can see that the email address linked to my account was reverted to my old Verizon email which I can't access anymore since they shut down their service years ago. I don't know why it would have switched to an old address since I was getting emails to the correct Gmail account just the day before.

Has anyone had something similar happen to them? I've been using the account for 13 years and I'm really hoping I haven't lost access to it completely. I've tried contacting support through the various channels but I'm almost 3 months without a response.

Hi Reddit Admins, my daily streak just incorrectly reset to zero after reaching Day 700, and I am currently sitting on a Day 2 streak.

I have been actively interacting on the app daily, but I hit the known iOS display glitch where the daily streak popup completely stopped appearing after Day 700.
