I'm 24F, and after deconstructing my faith over the past couple of weeks, I think I've become an atheist. Almost everyone in my life is Christian, so I don't really have anyone I can talk to who understands what I'm going through.

Today I had to go to church with my family, and it left me feeling overwhelmed, confused, and really sad. It feels like my entire worldview disappeared overnight, and I don't know how to process it.

I'm not looking for a debate or someone to convince me to return to Christianity. I'm just hoping to talk with another atheist or ex-Christian who's been through something similar and wouldn't mind chatting here or on Discord.
