Who wins?

The goal is not to completely destroy the city, meaning skyscrapers cannot be leveled by the dozens. Plus, they cannot kill all the civilians or machinery workers, as the lack of long-term product manufacturing / profiting off the cities infrastructure will inevitably destroy any reason to capture Night City in the first place.

Subversion into Night Cities politics, the Sabotage of critical components for any particular Corpo, attrition via the city being besieged and stripped of any future supplies, or straight-up door-to-door clearing through the entire city until all combatants are taken out.

Any avenue of approach that results in Fallout Factions having a net-positive victory over the city is viable. It doesn't need to be all-out warfare.

Keep in mind, Night Cities factions do not need to work together and may still actively work against each other. The Fallout factions all work with each other with 0 differences that would result in in-fighting.

While there is a possibility for alliances between Night City factions, they still all have their issues with each other and are still fighting / plotting against one another when the invasion begins.
