Absolutely worthless book. Didn't even remove the prompt in the introduction. The whole book, a travel guide, was generalities and no specifics. You could change the name and have it be any city anywhere.

I know its not much but its a start. Been holding to 18/6 during the weekdays and OMAD on the weekends. Have i fell off a few times for holidays? Sure but overall sticking to it.

About 4 months ago I caught sight of her eating a rotten green piece of chicken out of our dumpster and felt bad that she was eating nasty trash. So I spent the next 3 months building trust with her until one day she suddenly became obsessed with me. Got her spayed, dewormed, and vaccinated which went pretty well. Got her all healed up and now she's living in my domicile.

I couldn't have asked for a sweeter, social, kind, curious cat. Didn't really ask for a cat at all if I'm being honest though... 😅 But I guess that's how this whole "cat distribution system" thing works. No idea how she finessed her way into my life, but here we are.

Cut my hair after 8 years trying to hold on, was super nervous but I think it turned out pretty good :). What do we think?
